librtmp0 software package provides toolkit for RTMP streams (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librtmp0
librtmp0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librtmp0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librtmp0 *
You will get with librtmp0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
